I’m sitting here with my seasonal coffee, orange fluffy blanket with pumpkins on my fire place mantle. It’s fall, y’all. It’s also hot as the dickens here in the south, but I feel so lucky to live here and get an extra full dose of summer.
The Easter Bunny brought this playhouse for the girls this past spring and within a week, I painted it white. Now that fall is here, I thought it would be fun to give the playhouse a little makeover and add some seasonal touches. I painted some of the windows black (I want to go back and paint the rest of them black, too) and also painted the front door grey. The girls asked if they could put glitter on the front door. I obliged and now we have glitter in the yard forever. 10/10 don’t recommend, ha! We took down the palm curtains and brought out some mums and pumpkins, and bam! Fall vibes. We updated the menu on the side from iced cream to coffees and muffins, though I am totally still down for ice cream! Here are some photos of the kids’ playhouse, which is from Kid Kraft Toys!
